Levi Ray & Shoup Inc. (LRS) broke ground to a large four story office building and parking ramp to be completed in 2019. The new addition consists of 55,900 square foot of office space; a 100,095 square foot parking ramp; and 11,200 square foot designated for maintenance space. The project also consists of a beautiful skywalk connecting the existing building to the new addition. E.L. Pruitt Co. provided and installed a new VRF carrier system, plumbing systems, storm drain systems, and a dried steam pipe system.
