Big Lots Stores will be opening a new location in Springfield in the Fall 2018. The nearly 40,000 square foot store will be filled with merchandise for the home. E.L. Pruitt Co. replaced four rooftop units with brand new Trane rooftops for conditioned air in the building. Ductwork was installed in tight quarters for proper ventilation as well as grilles and controls throughout the building.
